Short update
You may have noticed that the release of the book "Steele Loved After All These Years"
has been delayed. Although I don't have any releasing date to announce here, the wait should come to an end soon (probably in June).
I also want to let you know that this site has nothing to do with the book nor its author. The fact that there hasn't been any update here is not related to the delay of the releasing date! If you want to check updates or ask questions regarding the book, you can visit this page:

Thanks for your comprehension!

Steele Loved...
Some news about Judith's book! Read the message she sent on PBF and SteeleWatchers:
"It is my great, glorious pleasure to share one last
tidbit with you as we begin the New Year… On January 8th, I will be
winging my way to Purgatory (literally) and while I’m headed to a
little town between two towns named Heaven and Hell in Michigan (with
exactly 666 miles between them roundtrip), a CD containing the
manuscript of “Steele Loved” will be winging its way to the printers.
Assuming that they can manage to do their jobs correctly (and this
would be a first for them), “Steele Loved” will live up to its name and
be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Keep your fingers crossed!!!"

Things change
Bad news: The French release of season 1's DVD boxset is now planned on January 24th.
Good news: You'll be able to chose between the French version or the original version with subtitles.
Thanks to all of those who transmitted me the news!

Update
DVD boxset : It is now confirmed on Amazon and Fnac's websites, the region 1 DVD boxset of the first season will be released on October 6th in France. Unfortunately it will certainly be dubbed in French with no original version and subtitles. It still has to be checked but if this is true we'll have good reasons to be upset. [Thanks to Gillesg27 for the news]
RS book :
The release of Steele Loved After All These Years was delayed for some days but no panic, it will be available soon (with special gifts for those who have ordered the hard cover).

Region 2 DVDs
Good news: After Sweden, France will be the second EU country to release Remington Steele's region 2 DVDs. It's about time!

Book Progress and Radio Show
As I mentioned it in a previous update, Judith Moose is
writing a guide on Remington Steele entitled "Steele Loved After All These
Years". She's doing a wonderful job and always keep us informed of her
progress on the SteeleWatchers group.
She met Michael Gleason and Doris Roberts this week, and
she'll meet Stephanie Zimbalist on Sunday to discuss the book.
Here is a small summary Judith posted on SteeleWatchers
about her lunch with Doris and Michael:
"Debbi and I have just gotten back from the most
fabulous afternoon we could have dreamed of having. We had lunch with
Michael Gleason and Doris Roberts in Beverly Hills and I can tell you without
any hesitation at all that Doris is one of the most charming people you would
ever want to meet in your life. She shared incredible stories that will
be included in the book and before the end of lunch (another two-and-a-half
hours) she shocked the heck out of me. Actually she did that several
times but who's counting. One of the stories was so hysterical that we
all laughed so hard we were crying!"
You can pre-order "Steele Loved After All These
Years" by clicking on the following link: http://www.signingstars.net/steele.htm
The book will also be available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble
and various other bookstores, so keep your eyes wide open for the release of
the book on October 8th.
Do you wanna hear another good news? Judith Moose, Michael
Gleason and Doris Roberts will be the guests of the online radio show "Talking
Television With Dave White" on August 15th (the day when RS season 4 &
5 boxset will be released). Tune in from 8:00 to 9:00 pm Pacific Time to the
following adress: http://ksav.org/ and click on "listen live". For
those who will miss the show, it will be archived here: http://ksav.org/talking_television_audio_archive.htm
Judith, thank you so much for sharing your work with us. You
surely have spent exciting and unforgettable moments with Michael, Doris and
Stephanie. Lucky you!
